What do you need to do now?

Tell me at auction@hampshirecyclejamboree.org.uk or WhatsApp 07813 211451 about bike collections that require thinning out or moving on.
For a good collection, I am ready and willing to photograph, catalogue and promote them here but not store them. Special deals can be struck particularly for the first two or three substantial collections.
The sooner the auction page has some great bikes listed, the better the auction will be for everyone.

General Process

• Submit photos and descriptions by 14:00 4th September
• Lotting Fee TBA
• Commission 12.5%

Catalogue

• On line here
• And X days before auction at *****.com and *****.com

10:00 Viewing

• In the Barn for the better bikes and bits
• In the orchard for lesser bikes and bits
• Bikes and bits will arrive through out the viewing period

14:00 Auction

• Buyers Commission
• Onsite and Commission Bids – 12.5%
• Via Web – TBA
• Bidding with a buyer number card only
• Pay for lots before collection
  • Cash or Card
  • No VAT
• Collect your lots by 16:00 otherwise you will incur additional charges and collection will not be on site.
• Exit from the site with auction items only with a receipt

Online Purchases

• Managed by Wellers Auctions, Guildford
• Payment for lot(s) and commission by 16:00 on the day
• Packing and Postage is extra. Dealt with by *****.  Rates TBA
• Personal collection from TBA. There will be a charge. Lots will be transported to Winchester. Collection from there. 10 minute walk to railway station.
• Unpaid lots will disposed of at the auctioneers discretion
• VAT payable on commission, packing and postage
