Sellers:

• Site opens at 08:00
• Set up is on hardcore car park
• No tables provided
• Paid in advance £10 per 5ft table equivalent space plus a bike/frame or two and £5 for each extra table equivalent. Large Vans will be £15 plus any extra tables. Ticket link on this page. Paid in advance closes at noon on Thursday 24th September.
• Entries on the day £10 plus the above fees. i.e a minimum of £20. Cash Only. Fee will be collected when you are set up.

Buyers:

• Parking is on the Recreation Ground opposite the pub.
• Site opens at 09:00. No entry for vehicles unless disabled or after 10:00 for collection of large items.
• Entry £1 cash only. This will go directly to the Alresford Pigs Association, the event charity and volunteers. Free after 11:00.
• You can use your car to collect larger items after purchase after 10:00.

Cycling Donations:

• The Alresford Pigs Association will man a stall where you can donate bikes and related items for them to resell for the charity on the day.
• Expect to pay market rates for items.
• They will not want to take anything away with them.
• They may be bargains close to 1pm
• Traders can make offers for remaining stock to be cleared by 2pm.
